If you are not satisfied within the first 15 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund — no questions asked — on the eligible products listed below.

2. Why Some Products Are Non-Refundable

Domains are registered with third-party registries and cannot be reversed. SSL certificates, servers, and web design work involve costs and resources that are committed immediately upon purchase, so these are sold on a non-refundable basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on an eligible service, contact our support team within 15 days of your purchase at info@hostingoor.com or through your client area. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

4. Renewals

The money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to renewal payments.
